Our water heater leaked the entire 30 gallons out late Friday afternoon. He was here in less than an hour and had fans and 2 dehumidifiers set up in no time. We had to let them run for a long time but it was a LOT of water! He checked on us twice, once readjusting the fans to zero in on the wet spots. He even checked the moisture level of the walls! Then he re-stretched the carpet AND cleaned it! I didn’t really discuss price with him, as we had to have it done, but I would consider it very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
